Thank you for choosing Money Counter. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). 1. Collection of Your Information

A. Personal Data

We DO NOT collect, store, or transfer any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to our servers. You do not need to create an account to use the main features of the App.

B. Financial Data (Local Storage Only)

All data regarding your money counting sessions, history records, and custom denominations is stored LOCALLY on your device using an internal database (Room Database). We do not have access to this data, nor do we upload it to any cloud server. You have full control and ownership of your financial data.

C. Non-Personal & Device Data

To improve app performance and serve advertisements, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain non-personal information, including:

  • Device model, manufacturer, and Android operating system version.
  • Advertising ID (AAID).
  • App crash logs and performance data.
  • Device language and country setting (used to display the correct currency format).

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the App:

  • Google Play Services: Used for app infrastructure and updates.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a "Pro Version" (Premium) purchase to remove advertisements. All transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card details or banking information. All payment data is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy policies.

4. App Permissions

To function correctly, the App requires the following permissions:

  • Internet Access: Required to load advertisements (AdMob) and fetch the latest currency data (Firebase Remote Config).
  • Google Play Billing: Required to process In-App Purchases.

5. Security of Your Data

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please remember that your counting data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
